Training consisting of virtual meetings and a face-to-face meeting for the program's tutor teachers who will accompany the adolescents throughout their journey through the program. The objective is that teachers and educators can fully understand the purpose and mechanics of the program, that a network of colleagues is formed (community of learning) and provide them with value in a personalized way, based on their needs.
Participants will be able to select which type of project they want to carry out, among the themes of entrepreneurship, conservation and research. Each team will select an area of work and will receive a total of six classes recorded via YouTube. In the different classes, the participants will receive the necessary tools to gradually build their project. At the end of each class they will have to submit a challenge, which will allow them to earn a place for their team in the different field trips proposed by the program. The whole process will end in an exciting on-site Project Fair.
The participants who have obtained the best scores in the program may apply for a full scholarship to the Environmental Leaders Forum, an event in Miramar de Ansenuza, where they will be trained by environmental leaders.
